Hi there
And yes there have been much success against Lloyds tsb via loan ppi, although sometimes you may have to keep on at them.
I have so far had 4 loan ppi upheld with these and a credit card ppi, allthough this one did go as far as the FOS.
Have you also been mis sold the ppi?
If so give it go on the reclaimng....
Follow the guidelines below then to the questionnaire, you complete and send to lloyds, keep copies as well in case you need to refer to it at some point.
They have 8 weeks but may ask for more time.

I'm a little annoyed because I tried claiming 2/3 years ago and got told no and din't try again. I got my loan almost 5 years ago. is that a problem? how many years is it you've got before you can claim the money back?0

Hiya
Well you could try to give it another go, basically with the FSA on the banks backs now as well, maybe they will this time uphold.
Did you receive a "final decision" from them with details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), normally after a final decision letter, you have 6 months from that date to complain to the FOS.
I would at least give it another go.
Keep at them and the best of luck.;)
Oh, one of mine was a loan ppi 2001, that was successful. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
