New Limit on Halifax Current Reward Accounts??

Hi all,
OK so me and my partner have had Halifax Current Reward Accounts for about 6 months and I thought I'd sign us up for a Joint - Halifax Current Reward Account...
I just logged in and it is listed as Halifax Current Account... where as my solo account is listed as Halifax Current Reward Account.
To make things more confusing (this will only make sense to those on Halifax Online) if I click the account it offers (on the left) to update to an Ultimate Reward Account...
Does anyone know if were only allowed one each and no joint accounts?
I aim to speak to Halifax but given its the middle of the night and have heard it can be quite difficult I thought i'd see if you guys knew more...
Thanks

Yes, it'll show as this for the first couple of days until the system fully updates, when it'll show up as Reward Current Account.
You can definitely have one joint and one single Reward account.I aim to speak to Halifax but given its the middle of the night and have heard it can be quite difficult I thought i'd see if you guys knew more...
For future reference, you can speak to them 24/7.0
