The competition info came from the latest newsletter email. I think you just have to like them.

I noticed that they seem to run fb competitions quite often on their wall. I also saw that one or two winners complaining that prizes haven't turned up

2) Competition ends 15 December 2010 at 4pm.
3) One fan will be chosen at random on the Just-Eat.co.uk Facebook fanpage at 5pm on 15 December 2010.
4) Winners will be notified via email within 10 days working days after competition closes.
