Mortgage deal coming to an end

Our fixed rate mortgage is near the end, has anyone managed to get another deal or re mortgage during an iva , and should we declare it to them when we call

I would like to know too. My fixed rate finished a year ago and I am on the base rate now. Will I be able to remortgage and go on another fixed rate during an IVA (even if I stick with the same company),

Shouldnt be a problem. My IVA started June 2007, 4 year mortgage deal came to an end Dec 2008, I contacted Alliance Leicester and agreed a new 2 year low interest deal. This ends soon, but this time they contacted me! - asking if I wanted a new one. Agreed another 2 year deal in 10 minutes on the phone.

we had the same worry! but it was fine, i phoned the mortgage company and went on another deal, no hassles at all. didn't mention the iva or anything.
