    I have that attatchment and it's great fun. I got my skins and additives from an EBay shop.
    When you make the sausages, to get the last of the meat out of the tube, push a slice of bread through to save waste.

  • I bought some ox cheek reduced at Waitrose last week. I would love to know if anyone has cooked some and what works.

    This thread seems to have turned into a Donald Russell fan club rather than the topic which is a shame as PP said the last time someone asked it got no replies.
