Excellent advice about Quidco! - remember to go on www.kayak.com before booking your flights through the Emirates website as you may get them cheaper on somewhere like Expedia. Kayak will earch Emirates, Expedia and a few other sites for the best price. Remember Expedia is also on Quidco!

Also, I dont know where you are planning on going but most often you can usually get a stopover for a few nights in Dubai for nothing. If your interested in this then use the Emirates multi-city booking option on the Emirates website.

I booked some Emirates flights a couple of months ago through Expedia to use up some Nectar points. I think you can record your Skywards number on your Expedia profile and it will get picked up automatically. Alternatively Expedia can give you the PNR number for the trip and you can go into "Manage A Booking" on the Emirates site and add Skywards number, select seats, add API, chose special meals etc.

Emirates also have a price match promise so you can get the same deal from them as from Expedia if you prefer booking direct.
