trying to search for the answer but cant find one that i totaly understand can some one maybe help me by explaining it to me in the most simple way (depression has hit this week big time do not seem to be able to process properly)
ok
if DD who is 17 chooses a work placement over full time college what benefits will it affect?
she will recieve 90 pounds per week
at present i recieve HB, CTC, WTC
i guess the real question is how much will i lose?
i have explained to her that what i loes she will have contribute towards (not the full amount)
i just cant afford to be anymore finacialy worse off, i did drop my hours to 25 but can find a way to do 30 again

Sorry I don't know the answer but I take my hat is off for you for explaining she'll have to pay her keep.
So many on here post about "how will I support DS/DD when they get an income?" like said child is supposed to be supported by the taxpayer and keep all their money for boozing on a weekend. 0 -
Unless your daughter is classed as a FT student you will lose your CB and CTC. On the other hand you will gain the amount she pays you for board and lodging.0
