I need a car
After several happy years of happily living in Central London and so not needing a car, the arrival of our second child means that The Wife and I have to move out to the suburbs (Sevenoaks since you ask).
I am looking for some advice as to what to buy. It'll be used for taking me to the station and also regular longer trips (including driving to The Alps once or twice a year). I can afford to spend up to £5k but would rather pay less. I need something with a bit boot and preferably a diesel.
I have been looking at getting a Peugeot 407 diesel estate. Any thoughts/suggestions?
