Put Recuva on your PC/laptop and use it to retrieve the 'deleted' files from your memory stick.

There are not actually deleted, they are still there until you either overwrite them.

Just to emphasise what Donnie says:
    install Recuva on your PC/laptop
    AND
recover the files to your PC laptop.

Attempting to recover the files to the USB Flash drive can overwrite as-yet-unrecovered files...

Obviously, when you've recovered all that can be recovered, you can copy the recovered files back to your USB Flash Drive (and be more careful next time! :) )

Recycle bin is only pretend .
What happens is when you delete the link that points to the locations of that file is deleted but the file remains on your PC /hard drive usb stick etc .
The space that the file now occupy is marked as free .Next time you write data to the drive it may well overwrite all or part of that file .

The key is to not write any more data in case it overwrites the wanted file .
Recovery of any file is always possible not probable just possible .
