Hi hope someone can help
Need to speak to TCO, re some extra info they wanted. Now I have tried to get hold of them by phone, and I now understand that the computer system is down, so I want to write to them.............
I am assuming Recorded Delivery is best? Or should I go by Special? Do not mind paying the extra £3 or whatever it is if it means some sort of extra assurance??
And I assume so long as I keep proof and a copy of the letter, that is sufficient that I have notified them of this information?
Many thanks
