TV Signal via power line?

I've seen these devices called powerline network adapters which basically carry your internet network around your house via your power sockets.

My question is can you get the same thing but for TV signal? I can't get TV signal in one room, and the cable from the aerial is the other side of the house and I was wondering if there is a "tidier" way of supplying TV signal to the room at the back of the house than laying cable?

Thanks for any advice,

If you have a PC in the room, you could watch live TV (Freeview channels) via TVCatchup.com.

Or, you could use a wireless "video sender" - attach the transmitter to the TV with the aerial, and the receiver to the other TV. Whatever you're watching on the 1st TV will be echoed on the 2nd. Unfortunately interference can be a problem - particularly if you have cordless phones or wireless access points nearby.
