I took my mom to west bromwich today, has normal i parked on nettos car park because its so much easier for my mom to walk to the market due to her having bad legs,i put the blue badge on has i always do when ive got my mom with me, its always been free to park there for blue badge holders, has im walking back to my car with my mom theres an attendant putting a parking ticket on my car, i asked what he was doing has i had got a blue badge displayed, he said because i hadnt got a pay and display sticker on, he said it had all changed from july, there is no sign saying blue badge holders have to pay. i am appealing against this.

Don't bother to appeal if it's a private company. Guess what the answer will be?
Ignore them, this is a scam unless it's a PROPER Council ticket.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
