Orange Livebox Bband connection

Hi,

Hopefully I can enlist the help of a techie.....

I successgully set up my Orange Livebox with an ethernet connection on wednesday evening and happily surfed the evening away, however, when I tried to log on to the internet last night I was unsuccessful. The '@' light was permanently 'on' indicating a successful connection (according to Livebox help) but when I opened internet explorer it continually showed a blank page as if it was trying to load a webpage and it stayed that way. I tried everything from restarting my pc to disconnecting everything from the livebox and reconnecting but sadly had no joy.:wall:

I tried calling orange on 150 but couldn't get through and ended up going to bed very frustrated :mad:

Any suggestions?

Have you restarted the livebox? I'm not with Orang but I guess when you said Orange Livebox, it is just another modem/router tailored to Orange. Give it a kick .. unplug and replug the power cable and see if it works.

Yeah I tried unplugging everything from the livebox and replugging everything back in but still same problem . . . .

HOpefully i'll get through on 150 tonight
