Hi to all.
New to the Forum, but a constant user of the site.
My brother / sister and myself are in the process of selling my fathers house, he is still alive & lives in a flat. He has previously rented out, but this has turned out to be a nightmare lasting nearly three years. My question is, where is the best place to put my dads money, that will enable him to get a reasonable monthly income. House probably selling for about £115k.

You have not said:
His tax status.
How 'safe' you wish the investment to be
When the money might be needed.
Whether he can tie it up or wants immediate access (to the capital)
Whether or not he's in work (and could therefore put some in his pension)0
