Yikes, is it that time of the week again already?

    This week I've got:

Friday - fish, chips and peas (from the freezer not the chip shop, sadly ;))
Saturday - pizza (probably one from the supermarket made to order counter, as a treat)
Sunday - roast veg, pesto and feta lasagne
Monday - roast squash stuffed with veg chilli, with garlic bread

Tuesday - [STRIKE]cheat's prawn pad thai (from last month's delicious magazine)[/STRIKE] I haven't been able to get any pad thai sauce, so it will be chilli prawn ramen instead
Wednesday - beef and vegetable stirfry with coconut rice

Thursday - tuna pesto pasta bake

Have a tasty week, all. :)
Back after a very long break!

Thanks for starting us off again PenPin :). On Saturday I'm planning to make a fresh batch of tagli sauce, and roast a chicken in order to harvest the meat for meals. Sunday I'm making triple chocolate brownies to take into work as a treat next week. Next week's meal plan goes like this:

Sunday - D: pasta with bacon & mushrooms in cheesy sauce.

Monday - L: chicken sandwich. D: spag bol.

Tuesday - L: hummous, carrot sticks and pitta. D: sausage & mash with carrot, peas and gravy.

Wednesday - L: hummous, carrot sticks and pitta. D: pasta and tagli sauce.

Thursday - L: LO pasta and sauce. D: Spanish chicken & rice (chicken from the freezer, off the roasted one, and I am going to cook a batch of the 'Spanish' sauce myself from scratch this time!)

Friday - L: LO chicken in sauce & rice. D: fishfingers, mash and sweetcorn.

Saturday - currently planned that Boyfriend is coming over, so L: carrot & coriander soup (as he has requested I feed him it again). D: he has a choice of getting either a pasta dish or cottage pie with veg, I've not asked him to pick yet.

Sunday - L: probably going out to the pub. D: chicken & sweetcorn noodle broth.
