No changes made to last weeks meal plan, currently have the aromatic slow cooked pork in the slow cooker and it smells delish! :j
This week's plan is as follows:
Fri 7 Oct, Scampi, chips and peas
Sat 8 Oct, HM Pizza or calzone (from The Takeaway Secret book) with salad and garlic bread
Sun 9 Oct, Roast pork belly, yorkshire pud, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots
Mon 10 Oct, Mince and veg in gravy (LO from cottage pie) and either mash or chips
Tues 11 Oct, Chicken kiev, rice and peas
Wed 12 Oct, HM Fish pie
Thurs 13 Oct, Faggots, yorkshire pud, mash, peas, carrots.

Vegetarian lasagne {HM with red onions, peppers, corgettes, mushrooms and tomatoes} for dh. I'm going out for dinner and drinks {non alcholic for pregnant me} for a friends birthday.
Saturday
Pasta bake with salami and mozerella in a tomato sauce
Sunday
Pork Chops, Colcannon, runner beans, cauliflower and gravy.0 -
Well after loads of changes to last weeks plan I am hoping to stick to this one

MONDAY
Lunch - at work (soup and sandwich)
Dinner - Nut roast, pots and veg
TUESDAY
Lunch - Donner kebab
Dinner - at work (HM chick and leek quiche)
WEDNESDAY
Lunch - Steak baguette
Dinner - fish, pots and veg
THURSDAY
Lunch - Mac Cheese
Dinner - mum and dads
FRIDAY
Lunch - at work (filled wrap)
Dinner - Not sure yet - but will deff be something out of the freezer
Need to make some SC soup at some point to use up some sad looking veg in bottom of fridge and some odds and sods from the freezer and will be making some cookies or similar for snacking on. Breakfasts as usual are cereal or toast.Emma :dance:

so far so good for this week, only change planned is cos OH out drinking saturday, and I'm working so will have easy veggie lasagne from freezer and salad, and maybe some chips depending how awful the weekend is
for the following week :
Su 10th roast guinea fowl, veg and spuds
Mo 11th guinea fowl, mushroom and spinach pasta bake
Tu 12th foil baked salmon with new potatoes carrots and peas
We 13th Cheats chorizo and squid paella
Th 14th shepherds pie and peas
Fr 15th cod with a cheese and pesto crust, roasted peppers and potatoes
Sa 16th BBQ pork ribs, corn on cob, baked spuds
Su 17th Porcetta roast, Yorkshires roast spuds and veg
I think we pretty much have everything we need for all these, the only thing will be onions and stuff. We'll see if I stick to it

Saturday - pizza (probably one from the supermarket made to order counter, as a treat)
Sunday - roast veg, pesto and feta lasagne
Monday - roast squash stuffed with veg chilli, with garlic bread
Tuesday - [STRIKE]cheat's prawn pad thai (from last month's delicious magazine)[/STRIKE] I haven't been able to get any pad thai sauce, so it will be chilli prawn ramen instead
Wednesday - beef and vegetable stirfry with coconut rice
Thursday - tuna pesto pasta bake

. On Saturday I'm planning to make a fresh batch of tagli sauce, and roast a chicken in order to harvest the meat for meals. Sunday I'm making triple chocolate brownies to take into work as a treat next week. Next week's meal plan goes like this:
Sunday -
pasta with bacon & mushrooms in cheesy sauce.
Monday - L: chicken sandwich.
spag bol.
Tuesday - L: hummous, carrot sticks and pitta.
sausage & mash with carrot, peas and gravy.
Wednesday - L: hummous, carrot sticks and pitta.
pasta and tagli sauce.
Thursday - L: LO pasta and sauce.
Spanish chicken & rice (chicken from the freezer, off the roasted one, and I am going to cook a batch of the 'Spanish' sauce myself from scratch this time!)
Friday - L: LO chicken in sauce & rice.
fishfingers, mash and sweetcorn.
Saturday - currently planned that Boyfriend is coming over, so L: carrot & coriander soup (as he has requested I feed him it again).
he has a choice of getting either a pasta dish or cottage pie with veg, I've not asked him to pick yet.
Sunday - L: probably going out to the pub.

Thursday - [STRIKE]leftover chinese (chicken in some sort of sauce with rice)[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]battered fish with chips and peas[/STRIKE] pasta bake
Friday - [STRIKE]battered fish with chips and peas[/STRIKE] oops, forgot we are going for a Chinese buffet for my brothers birthday!
Saturday - sausages with roasted vegetables and baked rice
Sunday - pasta bake

A bit similar to last week and have to think about Firday's dinner as may change it.
Sunday - Roast chicken and trimmings, spicy sweet potato soup
Monday - Chicken sandwich, chicken and sweetcorn pancakes
Tuesday – Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich, morrcan chicken and cous cous
Wednesday - Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich , mushroom and pancetta creamy pasta
Thursday – pasta salad, sausage casserole
Friday - rice salad, poached salmon and vegetables
Failed to buy fruit this week - have a banana and some apples left over so will be having tinned pineapple and ice cream for desert twice during the week! OH wants roast potatoes so have cheated - not OS but bought the Aunt Bessie ones. Anyone tried them?MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000
