I've just upgraded the RAM in my macbook to 4GB and now have a spare 2x1GB DDR3 SoDimms. The problem is, I can't see what to use them for. The sort of laptop that comes with DDR3 usually has at least 2GB anyway and they're pretty worthless on ebay / CEX.
What would be the best use of these? Is it possible to build a small HTPC with a mobo which uses these?
