Sorry Confused?

looked on the site but unfortunatley still confused, is Loan Protection Insurance the same as Payment Protection Insurance, as i have quite a number of loan agreements with this added, as far as i was concerned you had to take these to have the loans? many thanks in advance for any help:j

Yes that is correct, it is the same, some are just worded differently but mean the same thing.

For reclaiming, just complete the questionnaire, send to whoever responsible for setting this up.
Keep a copy for your own records, in case you need to refer to it at some point.

They have 8 weeks to give a decision, but may take a little longer due to backlogs, but not always.
