    Hi

You need to setup your outgoing smtp server so that it can send the mail.

What kind of mail account do you have? 1 from your ISP or 1 from Webmail?

If you're simply looking for the "send" button, which is how your post reads to me, try the following:
    1) open Outlook
    2) Click on "View"
    3) Click on "Layout"
    4) Under Basic, you'll find options you can tick. Make sure the box for "Toolbar" is ticked". If not, tick it and click on "apply"

    Hope that helps! :)

if you don not have the SEND button on your new message window, follow the instructions from myangelannie, if you want to use Outlook to send and receive, follow the instructions in the following link

    Here's what you need:

    Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com (use authentication, optionally use port 587)

Account Name/Login Name: your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com")

Email Address: your Yahoo! Mail address (e.g., user@yahoo.com)

    Password: your Yahoo! Mail password

    Hope that helps!

Do you have Yahoo Mail Plus?

Are you sure that a yahoo.com account will allow POP3 access?
