If you ask for a refund from the driver do you get your delivery charge back too? also just noticed that the offer is wrong anyway as you don't save £1.30 if you add the two together £6.30 for the persil and £3.30 for the comfort both together would save you £3.60 if they went through for £6.00 lol

No idea, I didnt have to verify my details so they can charge me what they like I guess and have no idea about delivery and whether they can refund it, sorry

Think they can because they use the guide price disclaimer. But it is more likely that they just won't deliver. Could be lucky though, has been known :P

Just had a thought - as it's an internet exclusive, they will scan it off the website database wont they and it is more likely to be linked in with the shopping database so the error should come when they "scan" it too, ??

I have just popped to our 24 hour! Not working as far as I can tell but I could possibly have grabbed the wrong Comfort, my heart was pounding lol! Done an online order though and it let me put 12 bottles of Persil through - no Comfort needed - and the discount still worked. Delivery due tomorrow late so will keep my eye on the forum. I'm going to keep the order even if it's wrong and then phone customer services, as I did with the John Frieda glitch. They couldn't calculate the correct refund so I ended up being "allowed" to keep 9 John Frieda products, returned the other 9 & ended up over £24 in profit!

I could only get an afternoon one 3pm, and have to cancel at 4.14am tmrw morning, lol, but I will be sound asleep then!!

They cant change it if you can get same day delivery I would assume, lol, if that is the case then I will just update my basket!! :j:j

Could work, but they probably still have get outs to protect themselves, and they can still refuse the order at any point they like, even after it's been sent out on the van.

Fingers crossed for you all though.
