The recipe at last:

Cranberry muffins

Ingredients
300g self raising flour
170g caster sugar
170g melted butter
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
200ml milk
200g Cranberries

Mix flour & sugar. Beat together eggs, milk & vanilla in separately, pour into dry ingredients & mix together gently, add cooled butter and mix again whilst adding the cranberries. Put mixture into muffin cases and bake for approx 30 minutes on 200C/gas mark 6.
