tried making cranberry and orange "millies" style cookies last weekend with dried cranberries and orange extract - worked a treat - millies recipe on old style board, just replace choc chips with cranberries and a bit of orange extract. Sorry not sure how to post a link to another forum (post is by jap200)

What weight of cranberries do you put in the muffins Linni?
I have got the bug for making muffins after making my first batch ever the other day, http://www.cherrytreepublications.co.uk/articles/banana-muffin-recipe they were so nice I am trying other recipes now.
I made the banana ones in the link above but the best ones were by using exactly the same recipe but using about 3oz of fresh strawberries instead of bananas, plus I used a strawberry yoghurt instead of the milk (just added a dash of milk). They were really moist and tasty and even better the day after.0 -
Sorry i've just seen your reply, the recipe uses 100g but I chuck in a lot more than that! I'll post the recipe later when i'm at back at home.0
