Ronseal Brushing Wax - Doesn't do what it says on the tin.

I bought a tin of Ronseal Brushing Wax for my dining room table. WARNING - it does NOT do what it says on the tin - thats offical from Ronseal.
I complained because the colour came off on our clothes and the reply I got was that is not suitable for tables. This is very strange as there is a photo of a table on the tin and it says 'Tables' just under it.
Ronseal finally admitted that I have the 'new' version tin and the table is an occasional table and it was never meant for dining room tables. No mention of it on the tin!
I took a pic of the table on the tin and sent it to Ronseal as it shows a table with a chair under it.
Ronseal have refunded my Brushing Wax cost and sent me products to remove the wax an recoat it. Not a lot of good as I have to do the work all over again.

So to sumarise it all -
WARNING - RONSEAL DOESN'T DO EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN.

Comments and advise please as to my next stage of complaint.
