Hi
I worked as an an engineering programme leader/lecturer at a local college in July I was issued withnotice of redundancy on the basis the college would not be delivering engineering from 2010 to 2011. September 24th a advertisment went on the colleges website advertising for an engineering lecturer 15 hours covering classes and students that I used to teach. My contract was a full time role however the 15 hours consist of my duties and I signed the compromise agreement on the basis of engineering was closing. The compromise agreement also has a big mistake in it which I have just noticed I have worked at the college since 1999 and the agreement states I have worked there since 1986 but the money is worked out on my actual service.
Please help

Sorry, Ken.
You are in the wrong place. Look for the Redundancy section. This forum is all about Pensions and Annuities.0 -
You would get a better response if you posted on the Redundancy and Redundancy Planning forum.
Regarding the error in the compromise agreement has it been checked by a solicitor acting on your behalf as required by legislation?
If so why hasn't the error been highlighted?0 -
