Refund for snad item Unexpected!

I have recently put on this forum an Item that I had a problem with. The lovely buyer has refunded me in full without me sending the item back.
However, I now have a need to pay for one item item flagged up. Will I now get a strike?
Never had this before I know it sounds weird but I was so amazed that they sent me a full refund without getting the item back to them I am now a bit worried?
How sad is that when someone is so nice!!!

Unless the seller goes for an nPB you will not get a strike. If the seller does try it, just appeal by showing your original transaction information.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If you feel the seller sorted it out properly for you a positive might be in order with a mention of there having been a problem but seller acted promptly to resolve, or something.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I would leave a positive feedback personally, ok the item wasnt what you expected but you didnt have the hassle of sending it back and got the full refund. Perhaps a reply like, thankyou for sorting the problem out in such a satisfactory way0

And if you want to get that reminder off your page, mark it as payment sent.0

If you are happy with the way they treated you then definitely leave them positive feedback. It's the whole transaction which should be judged and I'm sure prospective buyers will be happy to see how well the seller deals with any issues - that speaks louder than a long line of "item OK quick delivery A++++ eBayer" FB.seashore321 wrote: »Sorry to ask another question but should I leave feedback which will obviously be postive?!"Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
