marbles ppi reclaim - good news !

Hi Guys,

I sent the FOS questionnaire to Marbles last month. They have now written back stating that in their opinion, the PPI was not mis sold. They have stated that this is their final decision and no further correspondence will be entered into.

This is despite the fact that I was told very insistently that the insurance was compulsory in order for me to be accepted AND that fact that I told them that I already had an income protection policy with HSBC !

Should i complain to the FOS or is that it ? I really hope not as I feel i have been very badly treated at every turn by them.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Ashley

    Hi Ashley

Did they confirm it was the final decision and enclose the leaflet details of the FOS?

If not then write back with anything further, and make them aware you how believe you've been treated as well, and that the FSA will not put up with it, and for not investigating complaints properly, also for rejecting genuine complaints, where you feel yours was also overlooked.

But otherwise yes complain to the FOS now, good luck, please keep us posted, cheers.

Ashley, was meant to add on my above post.....

Even some final decisions are being overturned, so what you could do is write the above as stated, then tell them if you hear nothing more by 14 days you will then make your complaint with your evidence to the FOS.

Its up to you of course, either way, the best of luck.;)
