My 3 year old has cerebral palsy so I have my heating on more than most as she is non mobile she is unable to contain her body heat & is suceptable to illness.

You will only be entitled if you are on a low income or have a disabled ADULT, not on the grounds of having a disabled child. My son has ASD and we did not qualify.Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0 -
Does anyone know about any grants in Scotland. I rent a house, heating system old, single glazed windows and the cold that comes through the walls. Also door frames very drafty. I am a student 4 children on CTC and minimum CM. My heating bills are crippling.0
