Praise for Beko!!

Last year when we moved house we needed a cheap and cheerful fridgefreezer, after much searching we decided on a Beko.
Fast forward 11 months and I notice the 'seal' on the fridge door has a split in it. Looked at the warantee and thought it would probably be classed as wear and tear and would not be covered. Gave them a call yesterday anyway...really helpful girl asked the model of the fridgefreezer, didnt even ask me what date I bought it! Didnt try and get me to sign up to an extended warantee, was just helpful!
"No problem madam, we will send you one in the post for free, they are really easy to replace"
Today the replacement arrived via fedex, free of charge, very impressed!
Thank you Beko:money:

Edit..on closer inspection the replacement appears to be a used spare part, so will need lots of cleaning before I swap it! not very hygenic!
Im all for recycling, and in a way it does make sense to 'canabilise' broken fridgefreezers for spare parts, but when its got dirt, food in the creases and old 'foody fingerprints' on it, its not ideal!0
