Arghh what do i do? so annoyed!

Ok so this is my first time posting on this threa and it's quite a long story so please bare with me as i try to cut it down 
My mum is after a yankee candle dancing birds tart burner in cream so she was bidding on one and was outbid, so i went onto my ebay and bid without her knowing and i didn't win however i recieved a second chance offer. I tried my luck by asking if they could knock a few quid off or throw in an extra tart as it was going to be for her christmas present and he said he couldn't as he didn't have any sets left so i took on his second chance offer, this was on the Friday.
On Monday my Mum said to me, Oh that seller has another dancing birds tart burner in cream listed so she was watching it and was going to bid so i emailed the seller saying please can i have a refund and told him about the situation about my mum going to bid on his other burner which he said he didn't have any more of!
Anyway he said his Dad had already sent the burner that morning, now i have told my mum about the burner and i am so excited to recieve it but i have recieved nothing. What should i do? I've emailed him to tell him it hasn't arrived and he said give it time, i've given it two weeks! many thanks x
