I just got a letter from this company
asking for a fee of £80, as I parked in the motoring services station at a MOTO stop on the M4. I was tired and fell asleep in the back of my car for 3 hours!! then drove away refreshed.
they said they will accept |£50 if payment is received before a certain date, have they any rights to get me to pay?
many thanks

""they will accept £50""
So would I, and I'm just as entitled to expect you to pay me as them.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Well known scamsters. Ignore everything and they will eventually go away. Easy!0

OK< Thanks for that, I will let you know if this goes any further, so its only Police, Traffic wardens and councils that can legally charge you?0
