Mummygems, my dh got the chicken mince. You can always find it in Asian butchers, but no idea where he bought it on this occasion.
Thanks for the recipe Rachbc. They sound yummy, so will give them a go. My computer is playing up, so didn't see the recipe before. I made Stephen Leaks' recipe for keema from the turkey mince thread and it was delicious. my husband loved it too, but the kids said it was horrible!!!!
BTW, i just adapted a recipe for banana muffins and made choc banana ones. They were ok. The kids ate them, which was the whole idea, but I prefer just the normal cho muffin with chunks of dark choc. Made some again yesterday, and they were yummy.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
