found an old statement with PPI

Hi guys

Just wondered if I can claim back PPI on an old credit card account. It is a Morgan Stanley dating back to June 2001 and there are two PPI payments made that month - one for £21.24 and one for £11.95. Not sure if I can only go back 6 years on this. Any advice welcomed.

Thanks!

Provident: £1,700
Black Horse: £3,471
TOTAL: £8,480

    Hi there

If you were mis sold the PPI for any reason, then give it a go, by still having details of the account helps.

Some have been successful in reclaiming going back to even from the 90's.

Just complete the reclaiming questionnaire as shown on stage one below, send to whoever set up your policy, keep a copy in case you need to refer to this later on.
They have 8 weeks, but may ask for more time, that is fine, just as long as your kept informed.

Also check the checklist to see if anything applies to you too, good luck.;)
