Does anybody know the sort code and account number in order to set up a Standing Order to VIRGIN CREDIT CARD?
The Direct Debit is set up to only pay the min charge (Which I think is wrong!)
Thank you in advance!

I basically want to pay my Virgin credit card by setting up a standing order. I have done this with my Halifax credit card by using a standard sort code and account number (which everyone can use) and just quoted my card number as a reference.
I have had a look on Virgin's website for a sort code and account number to pay a standing order but I can't see anything there to help?
Does this make sense?0 -
Do you have paper statements? The account number and sort code will be on the tear off payment slip. (If not, try the downloadable electonic version of your statement.) To be on the safe side, it may be best to phone Virgin and ask. If you get it wrong, it could be a nightmare tracing any lost payments.
I wouldn't use an account number or sort code that somebody posts in this forum!!! It could be any old bank account (for example their own), and it would be very difficult to get back any money that you paid into it by SO.0 -
Virgin Cards are run by MBNA
When I pay MBNA I use
Payee sort code 086130
Payee account number 70328725
The reference needs to be your 16 digit card number.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

Those are the numbers that are on the back of my Virgin CC bill. Some on-line banking sites allow you to select the payee by name (e.g. "Virgin Money") and automatically present the account numbers - would allow you to check that me and BenL aren't conspiring to get the payments into our own accounts.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -
