Just thought it might help! Are garage sales big in the usa and canada? Just wondered?

    Garage sales are huge in the USA. Some towns have garage sale weekends where hundreds of houses participate. Not as good as car boots though.

    I love the American/Canadian garage sales. When my sister lived out there (both US and Canada) you'd look in the papers and find a local town that was advertising a mass garage sale and just drive round all the houses visiting each individual garage sale in turn.

    The rubbish I bought was quite amazing, I loved it.
