    Assuming that nothing has changed recently, Yes. It appeared on a form (the 'Agreement'), that I was told to sign, and also appeared in various bits of official literature.

    Obviously, it wouldn't last five minutes in Court, but it's indicative of the turpitude that pervades the DWP.
