Bought two Buckaroo sets for £9.97 today , no discount. Annoyed as four days ago I picked them up but didnt get them as I really wanted an Operation. I then went back the next day to find nothing. Sales assistant said more stock coming tonight. Went back again following day and told more stock coming few days later. Now no discount. I am going to have a moan.

If anyone doens't mind sending me a scanned copy of their receipt showing the games with the glitch discount i'd appreciate it - to show Customer Services!!

    tia xx

I bought one buckaroo & one operation this morning and they were still BOGOF but only the cheapest one free & no extra discount. Mind you I can't make head nor tail of my receipt atm:confused: .

EDIT: Even though only BOGOF there were plenty of Operation, Buckaroo & Twister at Tesco in Pitsea all at £6.46, £6.97 etc. I don't normally shop there but saw it and stopped off!

You mean the one above mine!

No wonder the governor is hiding behind a mask making comments like that!

I tend to find it's more comfortable than a gimp-mask :D Plus the wife likes it :D

Still bargains to be had out there. I did some shopping for our local childrens Christmas Party (on behalf of Santa as he always gives everyone a little pressie). Managed to get some Twisters, which were priced on the shelf at £6.46, but scanned through at £1.74!!!!!!!! Better still, it then applied the Buy 2 Get Cheapest One Free discount and took off £9.97!!!!!!!

So for 2 games, Tesco paid me £6.49. Santa will be happy!!!!!

    thats great lucky you. :j
For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.
  • Prestwich today, Twister @ £6.97 bogof and Operation @ £6.46 bogof. Goes thru till correct
    Don't waste your words I don't need,
    Anything from you.
    I don't care where you've been or,
    What you plan to do.
  • Im sure all are well aware of the 'rain check' voucher offered by Tesco but i was not answering a question about 'rain check' vouchers but a question about somebody whos seen an offer which was messed up by Tesco for a week and now going back into store to try and claim the offer.

Good luck to her if she manages the games at the error price i just offered up that i didn't think they will go for it as its well documented that Tesco have already lost ££££££££s because of this offer so im sure they are not going to continue to give money away for it now when they don't have too

Well thank you but I will see how I get on as I didn't appreciate being told to come back the next day as there would be more stock and then finding there wasn't any - I had a hungry 8 mth old in tow and I dont see why I shouldn't have a moan. I saw the offer as £6.97 and that's what I would like to see honoured. I wish I had actually checked how long the offer was going to be on for.

And as for Tesco 'LOSING' ££££££££££££££s ???????????

    I don't think so !!!
