Quidco - Get £35 by deposit minimum £1 - Nationwide Building Society Ebond

Just got this through.

Dear member,

We are writing with regards to a recent error that was featured on the Quidco website for the Nationwide e-Bond savings product.

The correct minimum deposit required to qualify for the £35 cashback should have been £5,000 rather than the £1 stated. Unfortunately this was an error between Nationwides media agency and Quidco. Nationwide themselves had no part to play with this error.
However, as a gesture of good faith, Nationwide will honour the £35 payment to all customers who opened an account on that basis. Once your transaction is deemed a valid Quidco sale by the merchant this will update to the validated status for you.

I got the ticket cleared today aswell, can I just say though, I feel sooo bad for whoever made the original mistake:(. I hope the don't get into too much trouble...yikes:eek:

Hope the staff in Nationwide who made this error is not punished.. if so, feel guilty to him/her/them..
