Free freeview box (Merged)

Still waiting. I phoned and left my details and was given the impression that everything was fine and I would be receiving one. Not heard a word, or received the box.
Does anyone know a number I can ring to find out what is happening ?
I suppose it isn't 28 days yet - although it seems MUCH longer....but considering it seems loads have been delivered I wonder if I will EVER get one.
I had to pack in SKY 'cos of the cost, and the kids arn't happy - so I could REALLY do with this, esp in time for Christmas. :rolleyes:

Yes I do now- at 1st even with the aerial I couldnt get itv1 or 2 but moved the aerial to a shelf and retuned the set top box- fine

i just called them up again cos my freeview box never arrived. firstly the lady said the stocks were exhausted, i replied to say the lady i spoke to said i'd get it in 28 days & it's not here. She asked where i saw the ad, i said in sky mag. She said the offer wasn't advertised in sky mag but on their website. Apparently a picture of it was put on some website somewhere from which loads of people called up. She also said the did advertise in sky mag an offer for a free dvd player when signing up with them & asked if i had a copy of the offer i saw, to send it into them & they'll see what they can do.

So, does anybody have this? was it definitely definitely advertised in the sky mag?

My box has developed a fault and sagem say they will relace it if i supply a receipt that i got when i bought it...which i obviously cannot do. they said a delivery would be ok but i threw that out. any suggestions of other ways to prove i got it less than a year ago. i phoned television x but can't get through to a person. i left a message but got no reply and their email address doesnt seem to work..

Please help!
