Got my Sagem freeview this morning:T , didn't think it would arrive after ringing at 9.00pm and being told only first 1000 calls would receive one. My best freeby yet. Thanks for a great post.:beer:

Did all of you who recieved yours choose option 1 when you called or did you select 3 to go to customer service?

After numerous tries at option 1, I chose option 3
and got connected within minutes.
