I've had a look through the latest sky mag, and cant find this anywhere ?? And then I thought - isn't it a bit weird that they are advertising free freeview boxes in a SKY magazine for people who more than likely have sky anyway ??
LOL, nevertheless I really hope they come !
Wins : McCains garden games set, 2xTickets to Alton Towers, Links of London friendship bracelet, 2xIdeal Home Show tickets, McFly album CD, Virgin Balloon flight for 2 with a case of ScrumpyJack cider and 2 ltd edition jackets, Powerboat racing experience, £50 Virgin voucher, Aerobie Pro flying ring & Rice Krispie squares, Tesco baby pack :j0 -
Another thing for all those worried that they have subscribed or think they will only get the Television X channel on the freeview set is to remember that.........Television X is not available on Freeview anyway!
Or has this changed lolDistant fields will always look greener.

Yup, it's definitely on freeview, but you have to pay to view it. :rotfl:0 -
No need to be so cynical  Television X is a subscription channel, they are giving these away because the channel shows up in your freeview EPG but you can't watch it, they are just providing a selection of people with the hardware required to entice you in to subscribing. These box's probably only cost a few £ each and they are giving away only 1000 of them, when you consider Wilkinson Sword have been giving away 200,000 razors, that equates to sooo much more £ than this giveaway. If your one of the first 1000 callers then great :j but I don't think there is any cause for concern about any ulterior motives in this offer such as stinging you with a subscription0
