Send them a letter explaining in plain speak their actions.
Told them relevant dates as per my notepad also the assessment numbers.
I confirmed on the phone today and CSA guy agrees from my letter and has built up a picture of what has happened for them to action when my files arrive. I'm not sure they will do anything as you get someone who is accounts trained answering a maintenance assessment complaint.

If you go for a 'Face to Face' make sure that you have your MP there. It then becomes a more serious matter for them as they can't say that yes it was agreed that X was said if the MP say no actually it was Y. It helps, I have had mine at all of them, and they now have to fight him as well.

They are a waste of time in my experience so far. I have not even had an acknowlegement letter from them

I couldnt describe how useless they are asno words go that low! I complained 3 Times and still 3 months later they havent bothered to look at the case that theyve sat on for 14 Months!!!

In fact in my last dealings with these clowns i was told "If things have changed for the better now maybe it would be better for you to come to an arrangement with your ex partner on your own" loosely translated - we dont actually like doing work so can you do it instead

Makes me sick that my taxes pay for such a disgracefull part of the government. If i was a government official id actually be ashamed.

As suspected can't trust this lot either f. Ng useless. Care to ignore their own rules but they will soon trip them selves up with conflicting evidence.
