We bought a MR kettle from morrisons for £20 in May and it is now leaking. We dont have a receipt and morrisons said to cal MR.
I called them and they said they can do nothing as we have no receipt.
Anyone know my rights here ? The kettle is faulty after only 5 mths.

You don't necessarily need a receipt but you do need some proof of purchase. Without it you're stuffed I'm afraid.0

We have the instructions with the 2 yr warranty.
what other proof do we need. We bought it in morrisons and just threw away the receipt as you do when food shopping.
we dont have the box.0 -
That's hardly proof that a) you purchased it or b) you purchased it from Morrisons.0
