Can anyone please help I have purchased a 2007 r6 only it has been restricted to 33 bhp does anyone know how I can de restrict it???

Why is it restricted?
Are you allowed to ride it de-restricted?

Think on modern bikes you need to replace the ecu? Not like the older ones where it was just a manifold resrictor and carb butterfly stop.0
