Hi can anyone help me ? I just got online with new xbox i signed up to silver but cant get the free 1 month gold live anyone help please :money:

It sort of starts automatically. Or at least it should.

Is it a pre-owned 360 or brand new?

It used to be that when you signed up for a Silver account and declined the Gold, it would then upgrade the Silver to Gold for 1 month.

I haven't tried it for a while. Maybe it's been changed?

Is there no code or anything you have to enter with all the bits of paper you get with the xbox. I can't remember what I did to get my free month to work, it was a while ago, lol.

when I did it ages ago you just made a new user name and it did it automatically, I think you got 4 goes back then with a new console. Depends which console you bought I think.
