It would be ideal for me. I love cheese, and am trying to keep weight on. I try to have everything in moderation, and a couple of cubes of cheese is a great snack that's easy to tote about.0

Use it for veggie soups for meals!0

Plus - you'd be turning it into quite a high-calorie snack with all that fruit mushed up plus a couple of lumps of cheese.
lol, I need all the calories I can get at the moment, when i lose weight i have major problems getting it back on. I had teeth out a few months ago (you may remember) and lost about 7 lbs, because the dentures were not right and i couldnt eat very well, now when your only 7.7 stone, 7lbs is a lot so i am trying so hard to put it on.
Unfortunately not working yet, hence the blender (and now a couple of bits of cheese afterwards) it wont affect my upper teeth at all.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Would drinking smoothies trhouh a straw help?make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I've never been very heavy, but lost a lot of weight after widowhood. It was pointed out to me that when I did eventually eat, it wasn't very condusive to weight gain, as I naturally head for rice and veg.
I have to think about it, but now try to eat pasta rather than rice, and to add the odd slice of peanut buttered toast or doughnut to my gastronomic repertoire during the day. I seem to be plumpening up nicely when I remember to do this.0 -
