Java buttons not working

Hi, hope someone can help
Loged onto TCB, and foolowed the link to betfair to open an account, but every time i try one of the java enabled buttons/links nothing happens
i am running XP home, not sure if its a setting in ie or a problem with the page:

Anyone please

Sorted it myself...
In ie tools - pop up blocker - turn off pop up blocker
tools - internet options - advanced tab - scroll down to HTTP 1.1 settings - un tick both boxes, and the box above them that says - use smoth scrolling
general tab- delete cookies, delete files (tick the box for off line files) - clear history
then restart pc:eek:
if you have norton disable for 5 mins:eek:
After all that the page will function correctly
