selling: shouldn't an EA listing have full details before it goes on to RightMove?

a relative of mine's house has just been put up for sale & the listing has appeared on RM today. i haven't played any part in whatever was discussed with the EA but i'm taking a keen interest as the outcome does impact my mum (& the housing market is a hobby of mine - sad person that i am! :o).

this is how i use RM - i look for new listings/changes perhaps twice a week & save anything that interests me. i only really look at my saved list once a month, if that, to remove any that have been taken off the market. so, new listings/changes catch my eye within a couple of days, but saved properties can sit there for a while before i'd ever go back to look at them (if no changes have occurred).

the listing i'm interested in has come on today & is missing vital information, IMO anyway -
no floorplan
no room sizes
EPC info (perhaps a minor issue, but still paid for).
the photos as awful, the rooms look tiny but they're really big IRL. the angles are all wrong & doesn't give the right perspective at all.
no photo at all of the separate garage or bathroom (it's an old coloured suite, which isn't great, but no photo just screams 'hiding something' to me! but i could be wrong...)
it's a bungalow with 3 beds which are currently used as 1 bedroom, 1 dining room & 1 misc. room - only the bedroom & dining room have photo's.
no mention of the recently re-fitted (expensive) kitchen.
there's 1 pic of the beautiful garden & it just happens to be the bit where the patio is, so useless at showing what's really there.

sorry, i've gone off on one there at everything i think is wrong - my main point is, why upload the listing if vital bits of info are missing? surely this will reduce the amount of people that even bother making an enquiry? if/when the missing info is added, this won't show up as a 'change' so won't get picked up again by anyone that uses RM like me??

mum is away at the moment so i haven't mentioned any of this yet, but the family member that checked this & said 'yeah, that's great' really needs a good talking to!

the only good thing is that it's in a popular location & 3 bed bungalow's don't come up very often, so i'm hoping the poor listing doesn't put people off too much...

cracking service from the EA, all at a cost of £2.5k (& i bet that doesn't include vat!). i have no idea what sort of contract has been signed, but i can guarantee it won't be a good deal on our part.
