Email needed for UPS (UK)

Does anyone have an email address for UPS in the UK? They tried to deliver a parcel to me yesterday but I was at work (stupidly assumed Royal Mail would be posting it to me and I could pick it up from the sorting office 5 minutes away). I want to give them an alternative delivery address but their website isn't working. I can track my parcel on it but the 're-arrange delivery' button takes me to an error page.
I could ring them, but it will cost me money so I want to leave that as a last resort if possible! I have also tried putting a message on my front door with my name, tracking number and alternative address but typically they haven't seen it/ignored it.

It wouldn't surprise me if that's the case! Many thanks for your help fluffnutter, I hadn't heard of that site before but they have a few numbers listed for UPS so I'll give them a try!
