collection item - no response from seller even tho ive paid!

Basically i won a collection only item, however seller had stated in listing buyer could arrange their own courier and i double checked with seller before bidding.

I won the item and had an email from the seller stating they would get the weight and measurements to me that day along with a collection address and could I please pay and let them no what day courier would be calling.

I paid for the item via paypal and replied to seller saying thank you etc anyway this was 6 days ago and still no reply with the measurements. I sent another email two days after paying asking for the details as i wanted to get the item delivered for this weekend, no reply and i sent another message yesterday and again no reply.

What should I do? Ive tried to ring seller but no answer and now im a bit stuck! I want the item, it was a bargin but i am now concerned that i might end up paying out for a courier and not getting the item!

Ive asked the seller to refund if they dont want to complete sale but i am starting to think they have done a runner with my money.

Open an item not received at minimum you'll get his attention. If not you'll get refunded.
