say no to 09065 number £1 a minute

I need to ring 09065 540 720 for the Dutch embassy. It is £1 a minute is there a way I can get round this? Is there a website that is saynoto09065 or similar?

I do not want to pay £1 a minute!

    BT directory enquiries have that as visa information service. Try the ordinary London number if that's not your reason for calling

    unfortunately it is the reason why I am calling .. I need to make an appointment to get a visa.

    I cannot do it on the general enquiries number :-(

    Can I use something like telediscount to make the call? And hence only have to pay a local rate?
