TalkTalk upgrade with free 0871 calls

I have two lines, both with talk talk at two addresses.
Got a call to 'upgrade' a line and get free 0845 0871 calls but in fact it should have been 0870. When I complained about not getting 0871 calls free I was told the tape of the call had gone missing etc.
But I have now had the same call to my second line and guess what, free 0871 calls. I asked again and confirmed twice plus wrote all the details down.
Anyone else had the same call selling 0871 when it is 0870 that is free?

TO clarify the Retentions Agents should not be advising 0871 calls are inclusive as this is incorrect.
IF you have been advised of this we would need to conduct a sales investigation into the renewal.
